The panel session held during the second part of the Congress was dedicated to discussing the key areas for the development of Greco-Roman, freestyle and women’s wrestling in Kazakhstan.
During the discussion, the Federation leadership, representatives of regional federations, national team coaches, referees and other industry specialists shared their views on the current state of wrestling disciplines and their future development prospects.
The panel session provided a comprehensive review of issues related to forming a unified management system for wrestling disciplines in the country, improving the efficiency of regional federations, developing children’s and youth sports, training coaches and referees, as well as strengthening sports medicine and scientific support.
In addition, participants presented proposals on modern approaches to athlete preparation, the introduction of a ranking system, the expansion of international cooperation, digitalization, commercialization of wrestling and the development of sponsorship mechanisms.
Following the discussion, the initiatives and proposals raised at the Congress will be summarized, after which a final resolution will be adopted to define specific tasks and priorities for the next stage of development of Kazakhstan wrestling.
As a reminder, the main goal of the panel session was to unite all representatives of the wrestling community around a common goal based on the principle of “One system, strong regions and a victorious future,” and to develop effective ways to bring Kazakhstan wrestling to a new level of development.
Thus, the one-day Congress of the Kazakhstan Wrestling Federation has come to an end.
